Pie Crust

Single Crust

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup crisco
2 to 3 Tbsp cold water

cut crisco into flour and salt until pieces are the size of small peas.

Sprinkle water in slowly mixing with a fork until it forms a soft ball.

On a floured surface, roll out very thin

makes a 9 to 10 inch pie crust
