waffles

1 3/4 cup flour
3 t baking powder
1 T sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
4 T melted butter

Mix and sift dry ingredients. Beat eggs until light -- add milk and melted butter. Add wet to dry ingredients and cook waffles per wafflemaker directions.

Makes about 4 belgian waffles.
